Optional periodic "nudge" for a user who is not in an active pomodoro or break

For procrastinators like me who quickly lose track of time, I would like an optional feature to nudge me periodically if I am not actively in a pomodoro or a break time. This way it might bring me back to my senses and back to focused work.
