Prioritize Tasks.

Simple. Just be able to move tasks up and down on the list and the to do today list as well. If I need to get something done first I should be able to drag it up to the top of the list and the others according to priority as a reminder of the order I should do things today. This is one of the basic functions of the Pomodoro technique. It's odd that this is not a function as it is so basic.
