Ask for some help?

Hi there,
I just came across this screengrab of your app from a review article, which I'm assuming is from an older version.

So, I have a few questions. First off, why did you get rid of that yellow lettering that (in this example) reads, "To Do Today and List: Release 1 Tasks"? I like that!
Also, why can't I get "unplanned and urgent tasks" to appear at the bottom of the today screen like in that screen shot? The whole bit with the unplanned tasks seems a bit murky to my simple mind, so please bear with me. Is there a tutorial or online manual besides the couple of brief soundless short videos found on youtube? Some of the features like lists need some clearer explanation as to how they work and how to best use them.

And I accidentally deleted my main list thinking I could move things about a bit. But there's no "Undo"! All in all, I like what I see with the older interface. Please include a help tutorial online and an undo button.
